Our Martial Arts Instructors

Robin Eugene Redick

Robin has studied martial arts, fitness development, and personal safety methods for 18 years. He serves as a deacon and children teacher at Roswell Street Baptist Church and operates his own Christian ministry, Ninja Billy Comics and Encouragement (www.ninjabilly.com). Robin has been married for 10 years and has two wonderful children.

Robin believes that our mission is to love others by God’s 1st Corinthians definition - “Love beareth all”.
* The original Greek word for bear was Stego - to protect or cover like a roof, endure for, or shield…all in silence (without grudge).”

Martial focus areas: Ninja Taijutsu Koppojutsu, Koshijutsu, Kenjustu, Shurikenjutsu, Jutaijutsu, Dakentaijutsu, Taihenjutsu. Aiki Taijutsu, Aikijujutsu, Aikikai Aikido, Yoshinkan Aikido, Iwama ryu Aikido, Bokkenjutsu and Jojutsu (Sword and Staff). Tae Kwon Do. Personal Safety for men and women. Police tactical rescue and restraint. Robin believes that maximum growth comes from first developing a strong base, next learning what many teachers and styles have to offer, then adopting what works best for the body that God gave you. As such, he continually studies from esteemed teachers across disciplines and openly shares all viewpoints with students.

Other education: International Business Management (MBA), Project Management (PMP), group facilitation and training, digital and hand drawn illustration, and music.

Sean Kelly - Childrens class assistant/program liason

Sean is our program’s chief encourager and liaison to our host, Roswell Street Baptist Church, where he is employed as director of technology. He has studied for 3 years and served in the United States Navy for 5 years. Sean has been married for 12 years and has one awsome child, who is a blessing to everyone around her.
